Theres a really nice sense of community in Kates classes, the beginners flow class is to enable your practise to get stronger, we talk and laugh and practise. This class moves quite fluidly unlike most yoga classes people enjoy the pace and the chance to move their bodies. This promotes well being and often sculpts and hones the shape of the body. you will notice stronger arms core and legs. Kate also keeps the class challenging and fulfilling.


HomeSpaceYoga originally started in 2014 to help people in their own homes into a yoga practise :  1-2-1s 

 HomeSpaceYoga is focused on delivering classes to ALL levels in your own time and your chosen space.

Kates class introduces Breathing techniques, Postural Alignments and Meditation, this allows you to have a strong and informed practise.

The many strands of yoga are avaialble to you at all times, when you're ready for them. Asana is one strand of the practsie known as the eight wheels of yoga and its so brilliantly subtle that it brings about incredible change in the body, it works in the finest way to develop your physicality, brings you awareness and presence. Kate focuses on bringing a sense of home in your body. Core stability, co-ordination and balance maintaining a healthy body from the inside out. Its accessible to you at any time and adaptable to any body type. Yoga will enhance your body's posture and increase your overall body strength. If you are recovering from injury, low mood, life changes, post natal yoga is wonderful. If you are healthy and happy yoga is a compliment, its so adaptable and brilliant because yoga is about working with where you are in your life.

Gradually yoga practise became more interesting and important replacing any other training with yoga, recognising the wide and wonderful world of insight that yoga offers and informs. I like to read the philosphy and meditations, I connect with the spirituality and the depth of being that yoga confirms in my life. As a teacher I have recognised more the intelligence behind the practise ive had time to consider pratyahra, and yoga nidra. The body holds so much information, your past, your stored emotions, your health, your fitness, your love, your anger, your future. Its fascinating. Its anatomical and physiologcal dealing with the systems in the body and taking you out of the physical to connect with the lightness and the spiritual energy. Kate x
